Dear families and caregivers:

As we approach Remembrance Day tomorrow, a day of solemn reflection and gratitude, the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) will honour those who have served during times of war, conflict, and peace. We are grateful for their service.

We will take this opportunity to increase learning and awareness of our storied history in relation to our present day liberties, advancements, strengths, and opportunities as a nation.

It is important for us as a school to pause on Remembrance Day to reflect on the past, acknowledge the challenges of our present, and hope for a more peaceful future. We will be acknowledging the day with an assembly. Please note that due to space constraints, the assembly will only be open to our staff and students.

The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is working to build an education

This work was recognized at the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI) Innovation Awards in third place, which placed the work of WRDSB within the top three in the world in the Best Innovator – Public Sector category.
