Dear families and caregivers:

We are looking forward to our last week together before March Break. We have a number of special events occurring as well as a special “Spirit Week” where kids can dress in a different way each day. Please check the schedule below should you wish for your child to participate. Please note that the school is closed from March 10-14 for Spring Break. We hope you enjoy your time with your family during this time.

Grades 4-6 Tubing at Chicopee

Our bus leaves at 9:30am and returns at 2pm. Please ensure your child is ON TIME. Missing the bus means missing the trip. Children who arrive after the bus leaves or those choosing not to participate will be placed with Mme. Colaiezzi for the duration of the trip where they will work on their own class work. Thank you to our many parent and caregiver volunteers! We are looking forward to a wonderful day where children will make happy memories with their classmates and friends. 

 

Ramadan Began on Saturday:

Happy Ramadan to all of our students and families celebrating! Children who are fasting are welcome to a quiet activity in the library at 2nd break each day. (1:40-2:00 pm) Children will arrive prepared for outside time with their coats and boots and will be given a chance to wash their hands and pray if they so choose. 

 

Black Brilliance Concerts: Thursday, March 6, 2025

BLACK BRILLIANCE CONCERT (ALL FAMILIES WELCOME TO ATTEND)

First Performance:  9:30am – 11:00am

KINDIE CLASSES – ROOM 4 and 7

Second Performance: 12:00pm – 1:30 pm

KINDIE CLASSES – ROOM 22, 23 and 24

Thank you to Ms. Santarossa and all of our classroom teachers for organizing the concerts and getting their kids to rehearsals! We look forward to celebrating the wonderfully diverse Black cultures at our school and in our community with this uplifting concert.

Kindergarten Registration Now Open

Families can now register their child(ren) for Kindergarten.

Please note: Registration for the 2025-26 WRDSB Before and After School programs opens in Spring 2025. The date will be confirmed on the Before and After School website.
